Action Mechanism & Clinical Use of PASLEN

PASLEN contains lenvatinib, a multikinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptors and other receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumour growth, tumour blood-vessel formation and cancer progression.

By reducing signalling through these pathways, lenvatinib may slow tumour growth and reduce tumour vascularisation. It is a targeted anticancer therapy and should not be used without a confirmed diagnosis and a specialist-directed treatment plan.
